Our experience with ductwork includes: replacing damaged sections, fitting access hatches and internal cleaning.
Gutter and Downpipe Maintenance
Gutters and downpipes get clogged with debris, especially leaves during autumn. We will remove the debris from the gutters so you don't get any nasty blockages or overspills. If they do get blocked, we will remove the blockage. We will also replace gutter and downpipes where necessary.
Maintenance Gallery
The existing mastic between the flashing and the brick had degraded, allowing water in. We abseiled onto this small flat roof, removed the expired mastic and replaced it.
The downpipes were repainted in black to match the existing downpipes following a major renovation.

The crack in the render at the corner of this window was repaired using a sand and cement mix and then repainted.
This roof had a number of broken tiles, causing water ingress. Our operatives abseiled from a higher roof on to this pitched roof to replace the broken tiles.
